This whole thing started a few weeks ago when I noticed my wrists clicking when I moved them, and how boney they are compared to the rest of my arm, so I looked for a solution.
I bought a powerball on Monday, it arrived on Thursday and I'm completely hooked! You put the ball in your hand, start it up and rotate your hand. The gyroscope inside the ball rotates in unison with the rotation of your hand. Your arm, hand and wrist muscles receive a workout as you spin the ball faster. It's so much easier than using weights, and I can just wander round the house spinning the powerball in my hand. Anyway, before this post becomes an advertisement for Powerball, I must move on to something else. I haven't really got much else to say, but I can comment on the infamous Kiwi, who is currently recruiting people to follow his blog.

I tried one of them once- felt like a ball that didn't do much- is there a knack or do I just have crusty wrists? (I think it worked)
It really puts strain on your arms when you use it properly, but it's quite strange to get used to. It took me about half an hour to learn how to spin it continuously. After that I wondered why it took so long for me to learn when it's simple physics! But I was too excited to think about Physics, I just wanted it to work.
Haha, I've had one for ages and they are addictive, you need to beat your best!
I only ever try to beat everyone else's best, mine is always fine...
I think I'll just leave it in wherever whoever owns it put it and dedicate myself to something else.
It is pretty addictive tbh, your hand feels like its missing something as soon as you put it down lol
You want more of the powerball? I'll have to bring it in to college tomorrow, as long as Kelly doesn't make any immature jokes about balls and all that. Tut tut.
